The Harlem Globetrotters made yet another visit to the Centennial Garden Sunday in a game against the New York Nationals. The game was packed with jokes, goofing around, side games involving the mascot Globie, involvement with the audience, and somewhere in there, a basketball game. Paul "Showtime" Gaffney led the Globetrotters, armed with nothing but a mike and a good spirit to a dominating win over the other team, but that's not what everyone was there to see. There was also of course The Flying Muffasas from Africa, Globie Says and musical chairs.
