Gold. That's what you just read. Pure gold. Justin Timberlake is probably the best thing to happen to 2006. I mean, think about it, he just straight up brought sexy back. He made the claim that sexy was out of style, and that it wasn't around enough, so he was gonna bring it back -- it was just crazy, but on top of that, his album was called "Futuresex/Lovesounds". So J.T. went into the future and already knew what was going on.
He's just on a whole new level, far beyond the concept of modern man, I guess. I mean the reason I'm getting all nostalgic about J.T. and '06 is because it's the one overlooked achievement of last year.
Sexy was brought back and the love song came back into style. I mean James Brown died, and that was really lame that he had to go and do that because he was a heavy hitter in the sexy/funk songs department, but at least we got J.T. to bring in the crew of taking over the airwaves.
Sorry Michael Jackson, but you got replaced with JT as far as I'm concerned. What I mean is that the only people that are still like really into MJ are creepies and people in other countries.
Don't get me wrong, I love MJ and I don't trust you if you don't. You might say, "what about the MJ trials and all that?" Well, first off, I went to the trials and all of the people there are crazy, and yes, it was a decision my friends and I made at 4 a.m., and we didn't sleep, but he's the "king of pop."
Whenever I was asked,"Well, do you think he's guilty?" my answer was just, "He's the king of pop," period. Now we have J.T., so the world of good pop music is back.
I was checking out his website, and it's just him being a badass. He is just breaking disco balls and being a bandit. I love disco and I love bandits. So J.T., you are good stuff in my book, and I can't say I don't trust anyone who doesn't trust you. Three 6 Mafia trusts him, why can't you?
