Are women "bad" or "crazy" for this dreaded time of the month, which is almost completely beyond their physical control? Absolutely not. Because of lack of information and awareness of what really goes on in a woman's body, many relationships tend to falter or are significantly affected by PMS. These symptoms and physical challenges are completely hormonal and are not a personal vendetta against mankind.
According to Alternative Cures, "a number of nutritional, hormonal, and psychological factors can create an imbalance during this time, so that a woman feels the extremes of the premenstrual period."
The way I see it, men go through PMS just as frequently and sometimes even worse than any woman ever could. I think it's hilarious just how sensitive men really are-to their own needs, not yours.
Men have chemical imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, mood swings, irritability, and even the sugar cravings, not just once a month, but sometimes every day, except when it's him, it's just considered a "bad day,"
I don't think so buddy. Ladies when your man is having this so-called "bad day," I'm sure you're expected to absorb the shocks of his sharp tongue and then soothe and massage his ego until you make his boo-boos all better. Dare you not show sensitivity you're instantly considered a "bad girlfriend."
Sure, I can appreciate that men are just built entirely differently than women are. Men have a cutthroat mindset, they're hunters by nature with hardly any time for emotional technicalities in an "eat or be eaten" world of competition.
Their manhood is challenged daily and they don't do well with the opposing side, (women). Once they're done hunting and gathering, they've exhausted all of their efforts mentally and physically and they find affectionate contribution a petty issue. For your information guys, what seems petty to you, means the world to your girl.
Expectation and disappointment are a couple of the major causes of breakups and divorce between a lot of couples. Women expect love and affection; men expect respect and validation.
