Bakersfield College has moved swiftly to replace former president Greg Chamberlain, who officially handed in his resignation on Feb. 9.
Kern Community College District Chancellor Sandra Serrano announced that Dr. Robert D. Jensen would take on a temporary role as BC’s new president while a permanent option is found.
Jensen’s educational experience dates back to 1962, and has a history of taking on interim positions for both president and chancellor at the community college level.
