On Wednesday May 6 at 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. an Miracle Mutts brought in therapy dogs to Peace Garden near the library where BC students were welcomed by five dogs.
The miracle Mutts is a therapeutic program that used certified therapy dogs to provided comfort and emotional and support. This is useful for fellow students due to finals coming up that can be stressful and having something clam before finals.
During the Miracle Mutts event, were being helpful to fellow students having that clam before the stress, however, not to realized that it was started to get a little too hot for the dogs even provided some ice cubes and they decided to move inside to let the dog feel fresh.
Also, during the event the Miracle Mutts would often by between colleges which are BC or CUSB whenever there is an opportunity to visit.
The head of Miracle program have mentioned on how the program works. The program provides the rescue dogs or any owners that wanted to help. These dogs get trained to be helpful to people that feeling overwhelmed.
