“Creed III” Can’t stay away from the ring

“Creed III” is your go to movie if you like boxing or action-packed films. The movie franchise has a long legacy dating back to the movie “Rocky,” which came out in 1976.

Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) vs his rival Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers) made six famous movies.

“Creed” tells the story of Apollo Creed’s son Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan). Rocky’s character appeared in the first two “Creed” films, but in this movie he didn’t. Sadly, Stallone and Jordan (who directed “Creed III”) had artistic differences and different visions for the ways the movie could have played out.

Still, this movie is a big hit. “Creed III” has already made up to $100 million on the big screen. The story this time centers on Adonis, who is happy in retirement with his wife Bianca (Tessa Thompson) and daughter Amara (Mila Davis-Kent). Then he reconnected his old friend Dame (Jonathan Majors), who brought up his past life and the struggles he had to go through and tried to forget.

This is a very fast paced movie with plenty of action with Dame coming out of prison, boxing the heavyweight champion Felix Chavez (Jose Benavidez) and eventually coaxing Creed to come out of retirement to box his childhood friend Dame. This is a very entertaining movie especially for boxing enthusiasts and for people that want to have a fun and action-packed night.
