Fellow forward Andrew Nava (3) added the third goal to seal the result, giving the Renegades a comfortable lead in the second half. Even when Canyons found the net late, Bakersfield stayed composed and closed the game strong.
Goalkeeper Brian Ruvalcaba (23) played an important role in the victory, coming up with several key saves throughout the match. His consistency and quick reactions helped keep momentum on BC’s side whenever Canyons tried to create scoring chances.
The Renegades looked sharp on both ends of the field, staying organized and focused. The defense stayed disciplined, and the offense continued to find ways to create pressure and control the game’s tempo.
Bakersfield’s recent stretch of wins has them building confidence at the right time. With one of their best records in recent years, the Renegades are showing strong chemistry and determination as they look to finish the season on a high note.
The team now turns its attention to the next matchup, aiming to keep the winning streak alive and carry this momentum into the final part of the schedule.
